Elevate Latinas is one of the few programs offering private coaching specifically for Latinas and Women of Color in corporate America, by a Latina with years of coaching experience in corporate America and around the world.

I am deeply passionate about diversifying leadership teams in corporate America.

 

Latinas make up 3% of the professional and executive workforce.  We often get rewarded early in career because companies recognize our hard work and dedication.  But when it comes to moving into senior leadership roles, Latinas and Women of Color often hit roadblocks. 

 

Unfortunately, we are not well represented on corporate leadership boards.
