As a Talent Development Specialist of over 20 years, Dra. Melanie Rodriguez serves as an executive coach and consultant in the areas of inclusion, leadership development, employee resource group development, and organizational capability. Melanie is a professionally certified, ICF coach who is passionate about empowering others to be the type of leader people want to work for.  She has worked with individuals from executive through front-line leader levels as they navigate periods of growth and change.

 

Known for her work in amplifying leadership in the Latino community, Melanie is a sought-after speaker connecting cultural norms to leadership style.  As a thought leader, Melanie shares her insights by co-authoring and contributing to books, participating in lively Podcast and LinkedIn Live discussions, and partnering to ignite movement in the Latino Leadership Pipeline.

 

In the Greater Houston Area Melanie strives to be a conduit for people, resources, and ideas. In 2023 Melanie was appointed by Mayor Turner to the Gulf Coast Workforce Commission.  Melanie also currently serves on the on the Board of Directors for El Centro de Corazon, the International Coaching Federation Houston Chapter, Texas Executive Women and Impact 100 Houston.

 

Melanie is lovingly supported by her wife Cindy and their two amazing children, Arianna and Isaias.
